REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.
*New families who register early will be pushed to the bottom of the wait list* To qualify as a returning family, your child or his/her sibling must have played a SPRING SEASON at POLL. Fall Ball does not make you a returning family.
This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.
Refund Policy: Registration will close on 12/4/2024. However, if you withdraw prior to 11:59 pm on 1/3/2025, you will receive a refund minus a $75 administrative fee and Sports Engine processing fees. After 1/3/2025, no refunds will be given.
SKILLS ASSESSMENT - All players must attend a skills evaluation session. The sessions are scheduled for Saturday, January 11th and Sunday, January 12th, 2025. Check the website early January for your player's assigned time.
POSITIVE COACHING ALLIANCE- POLL requires that at least one parent of ALL NEW Pee Wee players and at least one parent of any family new to POLL complete a “Positive Coaching Alliance” (PCA) workshop in order to be eligible for the draft. Even if you have attended this workshop with an older child, you are still required to attend if you have a NEW Pee Wee. This must be completed in order for your new Pee Wee or your new player to POLL to participate in the skills evaluation. This year our PCA class will be offered via zoom. Time and more details will be announced soon. The workshop will last less than one hour.
For all players this season: You will need to upload a copy of your player's birth certificate and proof of residency or school during the registration process. If you are eligible to play Post Oak because of your child's school address, you will need to upload a proof of attendance document (report card or progress report for Fall 2024) from your school. If you are eligible to play because of your residency you may upload your tax, water or electricity bill or current drivers license. Click this link to see the Post Oak LL boundaries.
It is our policy that every child who wishes to play Post Oak Little League or Post Oak Juniors Division has a chance to do so. If the below fee might prevent a child from participating, please contact Registration at [email protected]. All information will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Your player’s league age is determined by Little League Baseball®. The dates for baseball determine the division in which your Little Leaguer will play this season. The age determination date for a Little League Baseball player is the actual age of a child as of August 31, 2025.
