POLL DIRECTORY

POLL Directory is available via the DirectorySpot app.   All parents are set up as a user. Download DirectorySpot for free from the App Store (iPhone users) or Google Play (Android users), or you can also access the data from the web.    

 For Smartphone Users:

1.      Download the DirectorySpot app by going to your app store and searching "DirectorySpot" or by clicking on the appropriate link here: iPhone - http://goo.gl/5U2Tzq or Android - http://goo.gl/iBK9lY

2.      Launch DirectorySpot, enter the email address you used to register in Sports Engine as the username, and if you do not remember your password or you are logging in for the first time, click on "Reset Password.” An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password.

3.      You will receive a new password email  - click on the link in the new email to set your password, relaunch the DirectorySpot app, and login with your username and password.

 For Tablet, Mac, or PC Users:

1.      Go to directoryspot.net and click on "Login" in the upper right hand corner.

2.      Enter your email address you used to register in Sports Engine as your Username, and if you do not remember your password or you are logging in for the first time, click on "Reset Password."    An email will be sent to you with a link to set your password.

3.      Click on the link in your email to set your password and login.

Note – if downloading to an iPad, just search for “iPhone apps” and you will find DirectorySpot.

Make sure to check out all the features

•   Auto dial when you click on a phone number

•   Auto launching of maps when you click on an address 

•   If you hold down the cell phone number, you will get an option to send a text or call the number (iPhone only) 

•   Create a new email if you click on someone's email address     

If you have any data changes

You can edit/update your own information only on the desktop version.

**Please note that the information you entered during registration is the information provided in the directory for each child so please edit/add as you like.

•   Click on My Account in the top right corner once you are logged in and click My Profile to edit your information.

•   Click Save to update information.

***Note that the SportsStack/Profile & Directory Spot App are NOT linked. Any changes you make in your Directory Spot App profile WILL NOT be reflected on SportsStack.
